Dennison offers his Supervised Fasting Programs from( $319,00 to $ 1119,00 (1986). For this you will get an information package on how to do the fasting program, E-mail, CD's etc and online as well as telephone support. You do not get any of the products that you need, you will have to purchase the fruits and vegetables and herbs for the fast.

Dennison is extremely strict in the agreement that you have to sign when purchasing one of his programs. You are not allowed to share this information with anyone, including your wife, husband, children or any other members of your family. Here is part of his sign-up agreement:

All clients of Fasting Center International, Inc., worldwide, agree to all of the following statements in this online, legally-binding, e-commerce Juice-Fasting Agreement. You're hereby also agreeing not to attempt self-supervision of our Program beyond the length you're paying for--now or at any time in the future--understanding that you're wholly unqualified to do so, and can seriously harm yourself without even realizing how, as things can arise in longer Programs which may never be seen in shorter ones, on three critical levels--physiologically, psychologically and spiritually.
Filling in, below, your personal and payment information and clicking the 'Send' button, constitute your 'electronic signature' initiating this two-way Agreement, entitling your purchase and undertaking of FCI's Program, understanding that the receipt, by you, of any portion of our Program's copyrighted, intellectual property confirms that this two-way Agreement is irrevocable and irreversible, meaning that intellectual property cannot later be returned by you for any reason(s) whatsoever, and that there are no refunds. No exceptions, period. FCI will email the first part at our earliest convenience upon receipt of your order--as noted in the autobot Receipt you'll be instantaneously emailed--in case you wish, as many clients do, to begin your Program before the remainder arrives via FedEx or alternative delivery.

(1986)Again this is only for the information and support, and does not include any of the products needed for the program. (maybe I am in the wrong end of this business ?). But do visit his site, (Google loves him for all his information on fasting), but like me, you may get totally lost in the profusion of juice fasting and colon cleansing information.

If you absolutely have to do a fasting program at home go to www.ariseandshine.com We have been using their "Chompers" herbs for years, and it is excellent. Arise and Shine products are sold through independent distributors and affiliates, and will offer you support in your fasting and cleansing experience. We do not agree on everything with Arise and Shine, but then we have a different program. And their products are good.

What do I need to do a Fast at Home?

First of all you will need the juicers.
If you do not already have a juicing machine you will have to purchase one for citrus fruits, another one for other fruits and vegetables. Ideally you should have a Green Power or Champion for vegetables. and a special machine for wheat grass, if you are going to include this. But wheat grass is not so easy.

You do not need a fancy machine for citrus fruits. We have looked into all of them, and we do not like the commercial models. We feel that they destroy the life force in the fruit. Using a simple hand model, which cost around € 20, is both easy and effective, producing good results.

We paid around € 1000,00 for our last juicing machine, but for juicing at home you do not need a machine this efficient and expensive. Good machines can be had for anywhere between 200 to 300 Euros.

The Green Power and Champion juicers are the best juicing machines for vegetables as they do not destroy any of the enzymes. But they are expensive and hard to use.

Once you have your juicers you of course need the products to make the juices. You can use almost all fruits and vegetables, but some of course make better juices than other. But all your produce should be organic. It makes little sense to do a detox program using fruits and vegetables that are full of chemicals and poisons. Get and read "Not On The Label" by Falicity Lawrence and I do not think you will ever buy any fruits or vegetables from your supermarket again. Saving money here may cost you your health and more.

Ideally your fruits should be picked ripe. Then you will have the maximum life force in them, Use fruits and vegetables that are local and in season. To use oranges in Northern countries may not be such a good idea if they come from the other end of the globe. Sprayed all during growing season with pesticides, picked green for long transport and shelf life, it is no longer the ideal fruit. Oranges and lemons are acid, but turn into alkaline in the body. But this apparently does not happen when the fruit has been picked green

In our program we start of every day with a lemon "tea". This is just hot water and lemon juice and is most alkaline which is very important for fasting.. No sweeteners
Our first juice in the morning is "orange juice", which is extremely cleansing. Of course we can just go down in the garden and pick the fruits.

Our second juice is another fruit juice, usually whatever is in season.

The afternoon juice is a vegetable juice. We use a lot of carrot as these as exceptionally effective for cleansing and there are so many benefits from carrot juice. Particularly good for the liver.
We also use other vegetables, beetroot and celery, not alone as this is too strong, but with the carrot juice. We use a lot of greens. Once in a while we use tomatoes when we have too many of them.
Ann Wigmore made wheat grass just famous for its rejuvenating qualities and yes, most days we do offer our fasters a small glass of wheat grass juice. But unless you have some long term plans for juicing, do not even think about it. First of all you will probably have to grow the wheat grass, as there are not many places in the world where you can buy it. Then you will have to purchase a special wheat grass juicers, and they are not easy to find, nor cheap. But if you have the place for growing, the time and the money, wheat grass is very good.

Also very good to add to your juice is Aloe Vera

In the evening we have a vegetable broth. The base is potatoes and unions, but we fill the pot with everything that grows in the garden. Usually our styaff will make a trip to the garden in the morning filling a basket with fresh vegetables which then goes into the pot for the evening soup. We also use different spices to make the broth more tasty. But no salt!!!!

Next you need the herbs to effect cleansing of the mucoid layers from your intestines and to effect a total cleanup of your system.

We use:
Pancreatin, Niacin, Spirulina. These you can get from your local health food store. But do not get the "nonflush" Niacin. They do not seem to work. Both of these two suppliers are located in England. Telephone country prefix is 44, and from outside the Uk eliminate the first 0. So if you are dialing from say Portugal you would dial: 00 44 1271 871 110 for Roger.

We start everyone off on the same dosage of Chompers or Co-Ton. But then after a couple of days we start testing everyone for dosages, and we continue to test the whole time. Some people may need a lot (4-6 up to 8) each time, four times a day, to get the desired cleansing results. Here we can not help you, you have to use your intuition and go by the cleansing results that you are getting. If the results are not as expected then increase the dosage, but if you get diarrhea stop and go back.

You still need the Bentonite and Psyllium powders to draw toxins out of your system and to effectively broom out the debris that the herbs have loosened in your intestines.

Bentonite and Psyllium you can get from the health food stores
. These you take at the same time as the juices. There is trick to this so that you do not get a globby mass of unappetizing porridge like glob. About on hour or more before juice time put about 5cm of water in a glass jar with a lidd. On top of the water sprinkle one teaspoon of Bentonite. At juicing time poor some juice into the jar, then two teaspoon of psyllium, shake very well and fast and drink the whole thing immediately. Then enjoy the rest of your juice.

Now you have to clean out your large intestines with a colonic irrigation. We find the colonic cleansing to be particularly useful where our clients have problems with constipation or if they are very toxic. Often during the first days of the the fast you may get a headache and using a colon cleansing unit can be of immediate help. Another item that we use for facilitating the detox process and that you can have at home is "The Detox Foot Bath"
You can really see the difference in the colour of the water after a few days. There are many different models available, cost from € 1000.00 to € 2000.00.
Then we use the Zapper to eliminate parasites. Different models available from € 65 to €250.

So that should be all the information that you need for you to do a Juice Fasting Program at home. And we do not charge you anything for this information, we are happy to share it with you. But please remember that most experts in the field warns about doing a long fast without some expert supervision. So read up on the subject, get whatever support you can without it costing you a hand and a leg, and good luck

We have a friend and client who also is the supplier of our reverse osmosis system. He has done two or three fasting programs with us. Some time ago he decided that he needed to do another fast but he just could not take the time off from his business. As we do not sell the fasting herbs, he got the complete package from Arise and Shine, plus all the support from us. He faithfully followed the instructions and did a two week fast. When you are doing a fasting program at home you are portably involved in all the daily activities of your life, going to work, family, children etc. It can be extremely difficult to fast under these circumstances.
