The buildings
Twelve buildings, one hillside
Every room sits within a short walk of the temple, the pool and the dining room — pick the one that matches how much company you want.
The Mill
The original water mill, converted into two premium en suite singles — the quietest address on site.
Main Guesthouse
Three twin rooms and a premium single, all en suite, opening onto a wide terrace with garden views.
Twin Cottages
Two timber cottages, each with its own pair of en suite bathrooms behind a dividing curtain for privacy.
The Lodge
Compact en suite singles, simpler than our other rooms but closer to the main house and the pool.
The Temple Room
A shared twin set apart beside the yoga temple — a favourite with anyone who wants a quieter corner of the valley.
Glamping
Bell tents pitched in the grounds from June to September, with electricity, wifi and fans included.

Everything the programme needs, and then some
The Yoga Temple
Forty pictures of ascended masters look on as you practise — guests often mention the strong, settled energy inside. Along with the juice kitchen, it's the heartbeat of the site.
Salt-Water Pool
A 12 x 6 m chemical-free pool, used year round. A conversion unit splits the salt into natural chlorine and oxygen, so the water feels closer to silk than swimming-pool.
The Therapy Clinic
Three treatment rooms at the heart of the site. The QRS electromagnetic bed and parasite-zapping equipment are free to use whenever you like.
Finnish Sauna
Wood-fired and set right beside the pool, with gender-specific slots and mixed sessions too — a favourite pairing on cooler evenings.
Gardens & Greenhouse
Terraced, organic and productive — including a 160 m² greenhouse across twelve buildings and sixteen hectares.
Main Building
A dining room, a dedicated juice kitchen, and a cosy guest living room with a wood stove for cooler nights.
