To confirm your reservation we require a deposit in the amount of €300. The remaining balance is due on arrival. Please note: Your booking is not registered without receipt of your deposit. Please make payment using one of the methods below.

Terms and Conditions
Transfer Policy
Transfer is permitted to any other retreat within the next 12 months
Transfer 30 days or more before commencement: No charge
Transfer between 11 and 30 days of commencement: €25 admin charge
Transfer within 10 days of commencement: Loss of deposit
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 days or more before programme commencement: €25 admin charge
Cancel within 30 days of commencement: Loss of deposit
Covid 19 Related Cancellations
If you have to cancel your visit due to Covid related reasons - such as lockdowns, travel restrictions, or indeed if you are unfortunate enough to catch the virus, we will move your booking free of charge to any programme within 12 months, or refund you free of charge.
Retreat Cancellation
If due to unforeseen circumstances the retreat cannot go ahead as scheduled we will inform you as soon as possible. We would recommend you take out travel insurance in case this eventuality arises as we are unable to offer any reimbursements for any travel or accommodation costs.
