TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING PLEASE MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT PAYMENT

To confirm your reservation we require a deposit in the amount of €350. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Please note: Your booking is not registered without receipt of your deposit. Please make payment using one of the methods below.

Payment can be made either by PayPal or Credit or Debit Card. 
The preset currency is Euros and the amount is €350.

Check In & Check Out

Please note that check in is between 4 and 7pm on the first day (Saturday) and check out is at 12pm on the final day (which will either be a Saturday or Tuesday depending on whether it's a 7 or 10 day programme). There is also some flexibility with timings where your travel plans necessitate.

 

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

 

Transfer Policy

Transfers made 15 days or more before the programme commencement: No fee.
Transfers made between 8 and 14 days before commencement: Loss of €350 deposit.
Transfers made 7 days or less before commencement: €500 fee applies.
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days or more before programme commencement: €25 administrative fee.
Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before programme commences: Loss of €350 deposit.
Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before commencement: €500 fee applies.
Cancellation less than 7 days before commencement: Full programme fee retained; No refund of deposit or balance.
 

Retreat Cancellation

If due to unforeseen circumstances the retreat cannot go ahead as scheduled we will inform you as soon as possible. We would recommend you take out travel insurance in case this eventuality arises as we are unable to offer any reimbursements for any travel or accommodation costs. 

Age and General Eligibility

We regret we are unable to receive anyone under 18yrs of age to any of our retreats.

We reserve the right to decline participation at our discretion.
